We are solely an audio visual integrated solutions provider, our focus on this and our expansive knowledge on the criteria involved in delivering a complete AV solution to a client has helped us to now proudly support some of the largest clients in the world.
We do not partner with any one brand and so can offer a solution and product that’s suitable to our customer’s needs. We are a technically minded company with a view of practicality and usability to the end user.
OUR DEDICATED TEAM
Our solutions are delivered and implemented using in-house certified and experienced project management and technical staff. Our engineering team comprises of systems engineering, programming and documentation functions.
Our in-house capability extends to CAD documentation, industrial and graphic design, with particular attention devoted to user interfaces, client interaction and usability with systems.
Our site delivery team looks after the installation, commissioning and handover of projects.
Our installers are continuously training and we encourage certification, such as InfoComm International, Certified Technology Specialist (CTS), to ensure our people remain familiar with the latest technologies and industry best practice standards.
Our service department are responsible for taking ownership after handover of all completed projects and supporting the end user with a complete range of service agreements to suit their needs.
Our experienced design team, engineers and technicians are familiar with enterprise requirements and operational procedures such as risk and security, contingency and change management.
