Polycom RealpresenceVideo Conferencing solution was used to ensure realtimecollaboration between eShopWorldsexisting offices globally with an additional License added to allow external clients call in from any portable device to the Polycom Video Conferencing units.
The Boardroom benefitted from an NEC 80” LCD with audio supported by an Extron external amplifier and directional speakers, Polycom ceiling microphones were used to reduce unnecessary table clutter and a sleek tabletoptouch panel has been added to allow simplified control of meetings.
In a number of other smaller meeting rooms and collaborative spaces PolycomsRealPresenceGroup 310 Codec and Acoustic Cameras were utilised with NEC 58” Commercial Displays to great effect to allow impromptu meetings in a less formal environment.
